Graduate Credential Evaluation

WES Transcript & Credit Evaluation Support

Some U.S. graduate schools require an external credential evaluation for degrees earned outside the United States. Requirements differ by university, so Study Voyage confirms the receiving institution’s instructions before a student orders an evaluation.

How the process works

  1. Confirm whether the selected university requires WES or another evaluator.
  2. Create the WES application and select the United States as the evaluation destination.
  3. Select the evaluation type required by the receiving university.
  4. Add the university as a report recipient.
  5. Obtain the WES reference number.
  6. Arrange for required official academic records to be sent according to WES instructions.
  7. WES verifies the documents and prepares the evaluation.
  8. The evaluation is delivered to the designated recipient(s).

Important: Official document requirements depend on the country, institution and credential. Students should follow the exact WES document checklist generated for their education history.

WES U.S. EvaluationStarting Fee
Course-by-Course — BasicUS$186
Course-by-Course — ICAPUS$239
Document-by-Document — BasicUS$118
